Brandon University, Brandon, Mb. Brandon University, Started As Brandon College Which Traced Its Beginning To 1899, But Was Created As "University" In 1967. The Brandon University Includes A School Of Music, Faculties Of Arts, Education And Science. A Certificate Course Is Offered In Wildlife Biology. Construction At The Brandon University Included The Arts And Library Building, A Lecture Theatre, A Residence And Dining Hall Complex, A Heating Plant, Music Building, Gymnasium, Education Building, And The Western Manitoba Centennial Auditorium, A New Science Building, And A High Rise Residence. Dr. Robbins Became President In 1960 And Then Was Appointed Ambassador Of Canada To The Vatican. So On July 1, 1970, Dr. Dulmage Became President Of Brandon University. The Same Day Mr. Stanley Knowles Became The Chancellor Of The University Of Brandon |
